Visitor Registration
All visitors must complete the online MIHS registration process before entering the exhibition.
Visitor Badge
Visitors must wear their official MIHS badge at all times. Badges cannot be shared, sold, or transferred to another person.
Identity Verification
Visitors may be asked to show a valid ID or provide business details during registration or entry.
Business Exhibition
MIHS is a business-to-business exhibition for buyers, manufacturers, importers, exporters, distributors, retailers, designers, and other trade professionals.
No Personal Shopping
MIHS is for business purposes. Personal shopping and retail purchases are not allowed unless approved by the Organiser.
Age Limit
Visitors below 18 years of age are generally not allowed to enter the exhibition halls.
Registration Approval
Registration does not guarantee entry. The Organiser may approve or reject registrations and may request additional information.
Visitor Conduct
Visitors must behave professionally and follow the instructions of MIHS staff and venue security. Harassment, damage to property, and unauthorised promotions are not allowed.
Dress Code and Photography
Visitors should wear appropriate business or smart attire. Copying or using exhibitor product designs, photographs, logos, or other materials without permission is not allowed.
Privacy and Visitor Information
Information provided during registration may be used for event management, security, communication, and business-related purposes. Exhibitors may scan visitor badges to collect contact details for business follow-up.
